If my math checks out you spent the ages of 18-21 in forced hard labor whereas I spent my time working at an education and chasing girls, fairly standard in America today. What did you learn as a young man, through the trials of your youth, that I will never have the slightest grasp of? So I may at least repect the notion.

What was it like to resume a life of freedom in 1945? What was your demeanor like? How much resentment had built inside of you towards the bystanders and perpetuaters of the holocaust?
