Do you all ever get really annoyed at each other but still carry on with your videos?

In my experience in zoos, good nutrition isn't always an easy thing to implement when there are keepers that have worked there for a long time. They occasionally become defensive to new changes in diet. Usually it's due to the fact that the animals are more motivated by less healthy food in training sessions. I've also heard the complaint that "we've always done it this way, why would we change it now?" They don't seem to realize that these animals live longer lives in the zoo and that the long term effects of a bad diet will show up later on in the animal's lives. Have you had this problem, and if so, how do you approach this situation when it arises?
