How soon do you see an internal civil war once we leave the country and why?

Would you ever consider doing "Better Know a District" with Stephen Colbert?

How often do you have to roll your eyes at parents that are basically clueless to basic medical care for their kid ( i.e. don't know to give Tylenol for a fever)
