What's "humane" for you? if in this farm they abuse the animal for getting something and even worse: if they kill animals, then the answer is no. These posts from /r/vegan may help you:

• Open the Slaughterhouses - This NYTimes op ed piece recommends webcams in slaughterhouses. Since even animals from "humane" farms go to slaughterhouses, it would give more people a true idea of what it means to eat meat.

Hi, I'd love to know what do you think about what doctors and nutritionist currently think about veganism. I know you are a great advocate and I love it, but this is not what most physicians think and I'd like to know what's your impression? how are they receiving veganism? and if veganism is as good as we think it is, what's wrong with them, then? why don't they see it?

I have a friend whose doctor told him that he can't be vegetarian (nor vegan, of course) because of his blood type, what would you tell him?

Id doesn't but I got your point. I think that answer can help you. They eat meat because they don't know what's actually going on and they have a lot of excuses to keep eating it. I suggest you to ask on /r/vegan.
