If you buy a 6.0, replace the head studs and gaskets, (honestly some people just replace the whole head), and delete the EGR. Those were the problems.

Going into paramedic training, the thought of that makes me sick. I support being a donor, but I will be damned if I'm not going to try and save someone's life. A lot of the incidents I've witnessed as a part of my fire department, beyond trying to obtain contact information for next of kin to let them know where the patient is and what happened, it's not our job to look at the license or donor card. It's hardly a concern. It's my job to save your life, and that's what we want to do. I'll do anything within my power to do it.
