What city in the world has the most interesting music scene?

Where in Paris? I live in Greece and before COvid, visited quite often. Also, interesting that New Orleans was not mentioned. Is it not diverse enough? Too small?

What do you do with the extra puppies that are not needed?

Thank you. I will check out Paris for sure. New Orleans had a great punk scene when I grew up there back in the 70s, and most of those bands also went thru Austin. San Francisco’s music scene was incredible for so long, but seems to have been decimated by the tec boom, real estate development/astronomical rents. (I was there for 30 years and owned rehearsal studios).
