Edit: seems like I'm wrong about that on TPIR (Thanks /u/mckinley72). It's like that on most other gameshows. Take it and pay taxes on it or leave it. In all fairness, you could work a deal with a bank, family, dealership etc to sell it immediately if they front you the tax money. I'd take that deal for a small %. Remember this, people, especially the ones watching gameshows with dollar bills in their eyes... pigs get fed and hogs get slaughtered.

Bartenders in high end restaurants like Ruth Chris in downtown areas of major cities make North of $100k/year. No shit. Was talking to a bartender a few years back at a hot high-end restaurant downtown Indianapolis and he made like $125k and said the business networking is better than being a skull and bone (jokingly)
