Have any of the Maobadi parties in Nepal, e.g. UCPN(M), CPN-M, etc. helped in any relief work?

Gotcha. I used to do solidarity work for them and I used to know a guy who was in the UCPN(M), but lost touch with him after he moved back to Rolpa after working in their offices in Kathmandu. Hope he's okay.
