This is less geared toward your work and more geared toward you: what is it like working in your position and how did you get there?

I’m a high schooler about to go to college and I want to get into this sort of field but am interested in the different pathways people can take.

You said you specialize in couples therapy as well, what’s something a lot of couples ought to know but don’t?

I find the conscious practice part very interesting, it took me a long time to come out of a really dark place and that’s one of the most important things I remembered, conscious practice. It’s incredible how much can be done because of that.

How did you get into the field you are in? Is there any conflict between interest and financials of personal life? What do you think is the best approach for society to take to reduce habitat loss of threatened and endangered species?

I’m not sure if this has been asked already, but what can you do to prepare yourself for being a father? I’d love to have kids but I want nothing more than to bring someone into this world better me and my wife could ever be. This is coming from parents who had me at young and flew by the seat of their pants.
