I may be able to answer your question. It seems that multiple races had a play in our creation, so it is very possible that RH negative is an after effect of one of the races.

With that said, if you had to make an educated guess, what race/races were prevalent in ancient times? Evidence suggests that greys and reptilians were around back then as well, but I'm curious if you've come to any other conclusions.
