Horse sized duck. Ducks, as with other birds, have hollow bones to lower their density enabling flight. This makes them much weaker in a ground and pound fight. Additionally, ducks rely more on numbers and the ability to fly whereas horses rely on running and their kicking power.
100 duck sized horses would batter your shins and calfs until they got you down to their level and then crush your head with kicks. Not only that, but even if you had a weapon there are 100 of them. That's a lot of mini-horses to kill.
A horse sized duck still wouldn't be easy, but not near as impossible as 100 duck sized horses.
