I know this might seem insensitive, but for the record I'm just asking a hypothetical question with honest intent. Would anybody with some basic vampire knowledge know what would happen if a vampire were to drink blood of a person with HIV? Or any disease for that matter? I know they're not technically alive but would it affect their body somehow?
