Do you think it was better or worse to see everything in battle from above?

Wow, that was an excellent answer. I feel the same way, the way Vietnam vets were treated was horrible from what history tells me....but merely wearing a uniform does not make you a hero either. I think those of us who have worn the uniform understand this, but too many who have never served want to use soldiers as pawns for their political agenda (on both sides) not that this is anything new.

Do you find it more difficult picking up chicks than what you think it probably would be like without any deformities, or does your badassery make it easier?
