Context matters. The context of your reference to "bestselling authors" "making a lot of money" was in the context of someone asking about earnings, not whether you provide "quality" services (whatever that means). If you can't answer about earnings, that's fine -- and should have been stated up front, rather than posting something about authors "making a lot of money."

As I said before, your answer "doesn't even mean anything" -- but in the context of a question about earnings, it's logical that readers would take the answer to be about earnings, which only now you're saying is not the case.

That doesn't answer the question. I thought the point of an AMA was to generate interesting information in the form of answers to questions. This "answer" doesn't even mean anything. "A lot" is ambiguous, and you're implying -- but clearly not stating, which hints at a false implication -- that your service is in some way related to them being NYT best-selling authors. If you can make a valid connection, do so. Otherwise it's deceptive marketing at best.
