Those pictures are breathtaking indeed. As someone who loves winter, this right here is something I was passively dreaming about since I was a kid.

1. Does knowing someone help (like you???) help? (shameless attempt to qb sneak my resume in...)

2. What about age cut-off limit, medical, psych, etc. In other words - what is the criteria that they look at and that helps get selected?

3. What does "bar ice" taste like? Are you not afraid of catching some millenia-old bacteria that will be re-animated when swallowed and then eat you from the inside out? Have you not watched the x-files?

4. Does it get creepy there?

5. Is there nookie in Antarctica? :-)

Ever had to go through storm, get hit by a freak wave or think "oh shit, next party I'm going to feed are going to be sharks, fishes, and crabs?"
