I assume Adult Swim would rather promote a server that they owned or had close ties to, which is understandable.

Yea, the x-ray stuff got a bit out of hand, but such is life on a minecraft server. It's especially bad on a server like this where there's a huge focus on privacy and hidden bases. They really need to ban once there's any suspicion and sort out the facts in the appeal process, which kind of sucks.
