Do you face self-doubt, and if so, how do you get past it?

How do you get past the feeling that you might be making a mistake? Or that you're not good enough?

I think about 80% of my friend group could quote Monty Python off the top of their heads growing up. I think it's a bit of a "nerd culture" thing here, from my experience. (USA, mid-west)

I think about this a lot myself. There could be something very obvious right in front of us that we're missing. My cat knows how doors work, but he just can't figure out how to open them.

My advice: don't wait for someone to help you or show you what to do.

The OP got tired of waiting, and did it himself without help! I wish someone had told me that when I was young.
