I hope you're ok. Theres professionals out there that can really help you if you let them. Reddit's fine and all, but sitting in a quiet room with someone who's trained how to listen, knows what questions to ask and can give you genuinely good advice and strategies, you won't be able to get that experience from a laptop screen, and it sounds like you need it.
