This is no joke, actually. As a prior team trainer, it is constantly drilled into the employees that there is a uniform serving size (per ingredient), weight, and technique involved in creating each specific item. Any variation is likely due to one taco bell not being very particular when it comes to these standards...but it's possible that the weak-link is actually 'better' by being (ex;) heavy handed with the meat and cheese, making your expectations higher than they should be for the rest.
