My brother was an oxy addict turned heroin addict. Went to rehab, got clean, relapsed, got clean again, then got hit while riding his motorcycle and nearly died. 6 months, 4 shattered limbs, some cadaver bone grafts, and a metric ton of opiod pain killers later, he somehow managed to wean from the dilaudid oxycontin cocktail. He still hasn't reverted, and frankly I'm shocked. He credits the absurd amount of pain he was in for making the drugs far less enjoyable. Seems that when you're actually hurting, the stuff just isn't as fun, hence you lose that positive association.

Edit: ISN'T as fun.

I'm sure you get tired of all this, and I really appreciate you playing along with every skit we've referenced. I am laughing my ass off remembering them all and intermittently rewatching them. Your body of work is timeless, and you've been a profound influence on all of our fucked up senses of humor. Thanks.

What do you think is the greatest thing your country has to offer the rest of the world? How have arts such as the movie Chappie and the music group Die Antword affected people's view of South Africa, and do you think they are a net positive or negative influence?
