You cannot just ship good approved for the U.S. to sell in Canada. All merchandise in Canada must contain both English and French printing.

Not exactly. Many products have instructions and some of the packaging in multiple languages but Canadian products differ.

Our products must display English and French prominently on the front. Another thing preventing this is the metric system hence why OP said Sobey's (Canadian grocery chain) supplies food stuffs.
