I know which website is yours :P Other than the people uploading clips, how many employees do you have and what are their jobs?

How does someone find a job (not even a career!) in this field? My talents are webdesign and html(5)/css3. But I also wouldn't mind filming / writing / even acting although I'm out of shape. I just like porn that much.
