So, the best bet, according to the Cosmological Constant, is that there will be a time when the Universe will expand to a degree where even the gravitational force of mases and bodies will be futile to the effort of keeping the systems and the "unity", per se, of it. It frightenly makes sense. Next question, if allowed... What is dark energy and dark matter? I understand that they are two sepperate things and are not to be confused with one another, as well as the fact that very little is known about the two, but could you give us the best explanation as to what they are, their behaivour, and how they affect us?
