I think I just pooped myself. I never thought I would see the day someone admitted this. Then again, I guess most people that deny this were born and grew up outside the middle east.

My grandparents dealt with a similar situation and I've heard some about it, so I have my own opinion on this topic. That being said, you seem older and more knowledgeable than me, so I would like to hear what you think:
What do you have to say to the young people running around in USSR tshirts and red star hats?

For more information look up "upper motor neuron injury" online.
Don't know about what it feels like, but it's a problem with the nerves running to the muscles of the arms. The muscles of flexion are constantly contracted, resulting in the "typical" flexed arm that's close to the chest with the wrist flexed, and sometimes the fingers folded in, too. This happens to varying degrees of course.
I should also point out that this sometimes occurs in the legs, but often with the extensor muscles. When you see people "throwing their leg around" or dragging it behind them, you're seeing an upper motor neuron injury.
I would love to hear from OP regarding: "what does it feel like"

The contraction definitely contributes to a fair share of malformation and remodeling, sometimes causing pain. I don't know about the Botox, you would have to inject it into a very extensive volume of tissue and it's a toxin. Maybe someone who already finished medschool can chime in on this one.

Let's pretend the west bank gets statehood tomorrow. Do you think they could handle the massive influx of Palestinians from the surrounding countries? I'm sure these countries would be glad to get rid of them, but how would that work out? I'm seeing massive overpopulation and economic collapse. What do you think?
