The best I can say in short, is the world is blessed by having CarTalk. My 2013 Subaru Crosstrek eats oil. Dealer says one quart per 1200 miles is normal. Is that possible? 0w20 gets used up quicker because it helps fuel economy? Seems excessive No?

15k till the drive train warranty is up,might be more than a quart in 1200 miles, thinking about making dealer do consumption test? Any advice on how to document my claims?? It's bound to get worse no?Or is it hopeless? In the end I will think of click and clack with every quart burned!
