How are you separating the "being trans" form the dysphoria, how does one exist without the other?

Do you get as angry as I do when people call salamanders lizards?

Making a trip out of the food dessert and stocking up on non-perishable plant based foods like beans, lentils, oats and rice is far more economical than buying microwavable burgers at the gas station every night.

I really see food desserts more as an excuse, you can work around it.

Then it's purely semantics if we say, "Being trans is not a mental disorder, gender dysphoria is."

So it's more accurate to say, "Being trans is the result of a mental disorder." but it is not the cure or escape from it, you had it, and you still will continue to have it as you are continuing to be treated for it the same way a person with ADHD or depression will continue to be treated for their mental disorder.

Much like saying "Being chronically sad is not a mental disorder, but depression is." One is the cause, one is the effect, it's important for scientific papers and doctors to be specific, but for discourse they are more or less interchangeable.

If anything, shying away from the fact it's a mental disorder is insulting to people with other mental disorders, like saying, "Don't group me with those crazies, I just want to be a different gender than I was biologically formed!"
