How has the recent change to CO's marijuana policy change an employer's right to test for it? If the employee tests positive, what happens next?

I'm confused. I think it's the language that's confusing.
No thoughts, no consciousness, nothing. then ...I would've just thought that I took a dreamless nap
How? If you're not aware? If you relied on the Dr.'s to say you were dead, why would you think you just took a nap?
Pain..then no pain. You are aware there is no pain.
Maybe what I was hoping for in this thread was a Near Death Experience.
I'm glad you're okay. If it sounds like I don't believe you or I'm trying to diminish your experience, I apologize. Not my intent.

Canadian equivalent here.
In the '90's I was dozing on the couch. I woke and dug around for the remote. I somehow managed to select Chitty Chitty Bang Bang from the children's PPV menu.
It starts playing, I realize what happened and turned it off. Immediately, I call Bell. I explain what happened and asked for a credit or refund.
"Of course not, you free loading knob!", was her response.
Okay I thought. "Can you at least broadcast Anal Busters 3 to me? If I have to pay I might as well watch something educational?"
She again denied my request. I was cranky.
That phone call and $7.99 charge on my bill, started me down the road to piracy. Out with their card, in with mine. It cost me about 100 dollars a year for 4 or 5 years to get everything anyone broadcast. At one point I had a 10 foot mesh dish and both Star Choice and Bell dishes mounted nearby.
8 bux cost their industry thousands. Multiply that by the number of pissed off North Americans and you have a big problem.
This happened 15 years ago. Not much has changed.
