Hahahah well I did enjoy your answer to my academic curiosity. And I suppose from you guys' perspective, we're a good part of the way to Montreal.

In any case, thanks for the answer! And kudos on the maple leaf ham bacon moose antler, even if it wound up being somewhat in vain.

I will now keep in mind that people should consider seeds essentially as they would any other part of a mature plant.

Thanks for doing an AMA!

My question is about Montana's new law, which I understand is very similar to one or more of the states you operate in, but not necessarily identical.

If someone had seeds, but not plants, I presume they would have to go through the same process to be licensed to sell the seeds as they would for fully-grown finished product. Is that accurate, or would the seeds not be considered comparable to e.g. actual flowers?

And how about for germinated starters?

I don't possess anything of this nature and ask only for academic interest.

Well... How could you enforce it? You can't stop him from getting up and walking away.

What is your ballpark estimate about how much of Tumblr's traffic will be lost with this policy change?

Any traffic gains for them due to being more family friendly?

Finally, how much traffic are you prepared for?

Hi Marissa! Thanks for doing an AMA and speaking so frankly on this hot topic.

I just bought your book for my wife for X-mas. She's currently wrapping up the first year of her Ph.D. in data science (specifically natural language processing and search/recommendation systems), and already working for a mature local tech start-up, who are also hosting her research. She's, too, is someone who tends to roll her eyes at the equity-over-equality approach of tech companies, despite being involved with local women in tech groups/orgs.

My question: Would you be willing to offer a few words for the inscription?
