Yep. "Eating your own dogfood" is an industry term for using your own product.

A journalist will generally take a beating for using forged documents whether the underlying story is true or not.

I considered teaching as well, but I couldn't do it in todays environment where men are so often considered to be possible predators when they work with children.

I hope you fail. Sorry, but I do. Groups of people should be allowed to pool their money together to effectively air their concerns. If we start picking and choosing which groups have this right and which ones don't then you've limited free speech.

If you really want to reduce the influence of corporations on government there other methods available.

First, limit politicians to one or two terms (this will take a constitutional amendment).

Two, move to flat tax for (at least corporations) so there is no need to peddle influence to get tax benefits.

Three, stop corporate welfare. There is less need for influencing politicians if they can't push markets toward certain businesses.

Note: Everybody agrees with three until you get to the details. The details mean no breaks for alternative energy, agribusiness, milk supports, car manufacturers, stadiums, etc.
