Yeah not always. Its like catfish, the organic catfish filets can taste like mud even the ones sold in grocery stores. The trick is you soak the fish in hot salt water fir 30mins to draw out the slime on its outer body. Rinse in hot water to reveal a silvery sub-skin.

The slime gives it its muddy flavor. If the catfish is yellow there's pollution in the water.

One thing I'm glad I'm not allergic to though, is bee stings. The little cretins always seem to be chasing and stingung me during the summer.
