This goes both ways. Everybody pays taxes. Not everybody needs expensive surgery. So, those people that don't need any treatment (yet pay anyway) pitch in for those that do. Somebody certainly has to to pay that 2.5 million, it's not like the cost goes away once it's paid from taxes.

If we could stay independent of both, we would pretty much unanimously vote for that. But we cannot.

I always said that would be best for Ukraine, if only it was strong and wealthy enough to support that neutral stance (like Switzerland or something). Sadly, it is not.

What about "dwarf"? Not sure how well affiliated do you feel with axes and mining for gold.
