First I have to say thank you for everything you've done, especially Jack, Wilt, and Hermes, but also especially Cowboy Curtis. Seeing you on stage was a tremendous pleasure.

I have to ask about Spider-Man 2. Your appearance was so fleeting that it felt like you were placed as an Easter Egg, a flash of someone we'd recognize in the chaos. Was that deliberate? How did that appearance come about?

Your films have incredible, offbeat music selections. Everything from "Tubular Bells" to Wang Chung to Jeff Beck & Nile Rodgers add to your films in startling ways. How do you choose the artists to score your films? Is it an open collaboration from the beginning, or do you usually bring in the musical element after shooting?

I was first introduced to your rhymes through "Floating Bridge" over a decade ago, and I've been hooked ever since. Thank you for being the link between my hip-hop and nerd obsessions.

Two questions for you, Sir!

1. What's the story behind the M. Doughty refrain on "Your Friend Wil?" The Soul Coughing voice cuts so cool against your Wheaton-inspired lyrics, and I wondered how that collaboration evolved.

2. Was "Yellow Lasers" based on a true story?

Has your approach to creating adventure games changed with the advancement in graphics and speed of computing? What can you do now that you wanted to, but couldn't, do during the first Space Quest games?

And if I may suggest one more collaboration?

I would love to see a Nerd Rap Battle between you and fellow Wesleyan-graduate rapper Lin-Manuel Miranda. It would be Nerdcore vs. Broadway-core (B'waycore?), but the man might be the second-biggest Nerd Who Raps on the planet. And you're both awesome dudes, so I can only imagine the result would be incredible.
