What tips could you give someone who wants to start with flash animation? I mean venusaur, with a question mark.

It makes sense when you look at it from a graphic designers point of view. Blue is a color that can be use on every kind of terrain (plains, woods, deserts) with out any visibility problems for colorblind players.
