What stuff do you carry with you to keep your bike repaired and fix all the flats etc?

Thanks for the reply! I bike around a fair bit in the country-side here in England but I dread getting a flat or anything because I'm completely useless when it comes to fixing the bike up.

I tend to just walk it back and take it to the shop. :/
