No, they would not. There are hundreds of thousands of people who are in dire enough situations that selling some organs would be a good option. Not only that, but it leaves the entire system open for exploitation. You will find that people will be blackmailed (think mafia loans) to sell their organs to repay debts, sell organs to acquire drugs etc. It's a shit idea.

I realize that you are biased seeing how you could benefit from a system like this, however, from an onlookers perspective there is good reasons why a system such as you are proposing has not been implemented.

I dont, then we would be pressuring the poor to give up their organs for the benefit of the rich. You would see legalized abuse of the system.

It's important for leaders in society to adopt radical social practices to curb the obesity epidemic in America. A strong stance must be taken against the corporate subsidized food research being done in the states which created the market for the high-carb food industry so prominent in North America.
