hundreds of jobs? There is something you're doing wrong or you're making a horrible impression. Just being honest. You should check your resume and have someone you know/trust look it over. I remember seeing some resumes where it looked like a jr high kid filled it out.

Also, call each place the day of or day after the interview and thank them for their time. And ask when you should hear something back. I had a couple people I interviewed before that were persistent and came to the site. They didn't interview well, but I could tell they wanted a job. They ended up being some of my best employees.
