I was having a lot of fun playing online poker until they shut down the American poker sites. I promised myself I would never put in my own money to play, and I kept that promise; I placed in an online freeroll and played the 1$ I won up to 100$ in .01-.02$ blinds HE before the sites were closed.

I play about once a month with some friends, and routinely dominate them (out of the 6 times we played this year I've won 4 times). They keep insisting on a winner-takes-all payout, even though I keep suggesting a more traditional tournament style payout. I say that to get to my point...

I am considering playing at the casino maybe once or twice a month, mostly for fun at low stakes, but also to try and make some extra discretionary income. What kind of suggestions would you make for a player moving from online/home games into a casino atmosphere?
