Wouldn't a p plate mean they're definitely 18? That's the case in Vic anyway.

Oh he understands. He understands very well. He's a smart guy, and he recognises the need for a FTTH network. Unfortunately he has to toe the party line, and when the budget needs a few cuts here and there, he has to give solutions.

I really want to like the guy, I really do. But we need fibre. We're getting left behind and frankly ditching it is so typical of the 4 year plan model of late. Someone tried to do something with a bit more forward thinking, and it got shot down.
