I would argue it's easier to lose weight as plant based so long as you're starting somewhere very heavy. If you go from eating milkshakes to bowls of pasta in tomato sauce, you're going to lose weight simply because milkshakes are incredibly fattening while pasta in tomato sauce is only moderately fattening. That sounds very vague and dumb but hopefully you follow me.
I advocate plant based eating, but achieving leanness is, at least in my case, a lot harder than on the high animal fat diet I was on before. I used to drink pints of whole milk daily and somehow managed to stay lean. With plant-based it's easy to stay in a healthy bmi, but in terms of getting lean, I find it doesn't help at all. But then, maybe I'm just a glutton for carbs.

Does your ability to decode situations and find things out ever spill over into your personal life? I imagine you must be very perceptive and I was curious to see if that affects relationships and what not.
