How do you feel about the prevalence of truffle oil in modern restaurants?

With the prevalence of drought conditions across the United States, what are people doing in your profession to help conserve water?

What was the reaction when you guys found out you were getting picked up by Netflix vs. The traditional broadcast/cable model? Are you glad it worked out this way as opposed to the other?

Edit : also, I'm a big fan. Already burned through the first season.

I am in complete agreement. Truffles are wonderful, Truffle oil is an abomination, along with being patently ersatz.

It awesome to hear that being put on Netflix actually freed you in the creative process. I'm looking forward to season 2.
