Do you remember a place called Motley's in Bloomington?

I think this is a really interesting post and i just have two questions. If a 18-22 year old girl came up to you and said she was interested in starting this type of work would you try to discourage her? How long do people typically work before "retiring" and finding another job?

Instead of saying "she has the ball" the friend will prefer that people refer to them by saying "they have the ball". Basically the friend does not feel comfortable being referred to with either male or female gender pronouns so you use terms that could apply to either like they/them.
