What would you say are your 3 most useful pieces of gear you carry?

Did the exact same thing and got screwed too. Hopped into the only intake in the hospital after calling and asking where to go. Also happened to be ER intake. Asked anyone I could find: "I don't need er care, I need an xray, please don't charge me for ER, otherwise, how much will this cost? No answers. Ask xray tech how much, no answer, doc, same thing. Doc screwed up angle of xray, had to do it again. "How much?" No answer. Found out later, as soon as they had my info in the intake: 1,000. 1st and 2nd xray: 700. Wrapping my foot in a splint: 500. Spent the next 6 months fighting them and eventually paid 50%. I'm poor and they took advantage of me when I was hurt. This system is disgusting. Preys on people when they are at their lowest.
