Curious case. What did the final diagnosis come back as? For coding and billing purposes the hospital would have to put some label on what happened to you

Insulin injection induces changes in fat tissue owing to the actual mechanism of insulin action. This is why people injecting insulin are told to rotate their sites. This isn't possible with an implanted pump obviously. Explains the appearance without it necessarily being allergy related.
