I recently read Stephen Fry's autobiography, and in it he says he felt like being in the Footlights was a disadvantage when he started out, because of 'reverse snobbery.'
As a former Footlights president, do you think having that comedy background gives you an advantage, or does it just mean you have to work harder to prove that you're not just a posh twit with good connections?
Also, I'm looking forward to Luxury Comedy series 2. City Gent is my favourite character!

I like Richard Herring as an interviewer because you often get interesting moments like that. Like the end of the Russel Brand one where he's like "are we ever going to end this?" Richard Herring is good at walking the line between pretend bumbling and maybe actual bumbling but you're not sure.

Hot off the success of watching 'World's end' with my American friends, I put on Withnail, telling them it was one of the funniest films ever made. None of them laughed once. I now feel vindicated.

Is it a blow to the ego to be cast as the skinny guy who nobody believes could ever be buff Captain America? Like they saw you and were like- THAT'S THE GUY. I should also say it must have been incredibly cool and I am obviously jealous.
