What video were you surprised to learn was actually real?

Are you happy with how you're perceived by most people? Everyone views you as the strict, takes-no-excuses, and frankly, mean chef. After seeing scenes like this or this from your Master Chef series, it's very clear that you have a lot of compassion for fellow chefs. Do you think your tough, angry chef personality is often overplayed on your shows?

Do you, Andrew Lincoln, and Lennie James maintain your accents between scenes, or are you guys just able to switch it on and off between takes?

Big fan of the show! After watching the episode on workplaces and salaries, I actually got to discussing salaries with coworkers and we found that several people that did the same job were making less than I was, which gave them the kick they needed to ask for raises.

Have you had anyone else come to you to tell you that your show helped them with a problem they didn't even know they had?
