Have you guys received the Antarctica Service Medal? Do you ever get service members stationed with you in hopes of receiving one?

I got out after 16 years and have a GI Bill that I'm not using. Wish I could transfer it to my daughter, but it's too late (they really need to change that rule!). I'm 43 years old and am too old to go to school, what alternatives do I have to using it for school?
