I have heard around that you cook the burgers like this:

Frozen and then 15 seconds in the microwave

I am wondering if this is true or not, i have had McD's once in 8 months because of this one fact.

How do I guarantee I get the product I want easily? Can I call ahead or is it just charge and hope they have it?
