I like to bet don't pass, and when the point is on, call the waitress over. My drink order is always the same:

"I'd like to order a 7 and 7. There's a 7 dollar tip if you're back in 7 minutes".

(Many craps players are very superstitious and will throw a fit if someone says 7 when the point is on)
