In my most neutral and layman (IANAL) sense of this situation, this person would have had a successful lawsuit by now if the details of her story were as she states them.

The fact she came to reddit first (or just) gives the impression of trying to do damage to this porn site in some way because she doesn't have an airtight legal case.

One of the rules of lawsuits is you don't discuss details and make accusations while you have a legal matter going on, so it's likely no case is going on.
