Dude! I'm from the US. We spent 2 weeks in Australia in like 2010 and were surprised that there weren't Aboriginal museums and the like all over the place. After we came back, my wife and I discussed it a lot, and realized we have a very similar situation with native Americans. Very few museums. When I was a kid we visited a tribe in Nebraska that showed us traditional dwellings, songs, and fed us a really awesome stew for an afternoon.
